Tatiana joined Hepburn Delaney in May 2023 as an Associate Solicitor in our Family Team.

Experience

Tatiana advises clients on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation for unmarried couples, financial matters arising from the divorce/separation, Pre Nuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements, children disputes including Child Arrangement Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders as well as domestic abuse and Injunction Proceedings. Tatiana has a particular interest in the division of pensions on divorce.

Tatiana is always keen to provide her clients with realistic advice and works hard to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. Tatiana is very client focused and is committed to providing them with the best possible service throughout their matter.

Education

Tatiana undertook her undergraduate degree at the University of Hertfordshire and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster. She trained at a small practice in Bedfordshire where she qualified in 2011 and remained until 2020.
