Sara Sanderson

Sara joined Hepburn Delaney in March 2025 as a Solicitor in our children team. 

Expertise 

Sara specialises in public children law proceedings. She regularly undertakes her own advocacy in court and is a member of the Law Society Children Panel.

Experience

Sara qualified in 2003 and has since worked in a number of law firms in central and north London.  She received the Children Law Accreditation in 2025 and undertakes public children law work on behalf of parents and children. 

Memberships

Sara is a member of ALC (Association of Lawyers for Children) and LAPG (Legal Aid Practitioners Group).

Outside of work, Sara is the vice chair of governors of a local primary school, with a particular focus on SEND and pupil premium pupils.
