Rebecca Delaney

Rebecca is our founder and Managing Director. She was enrolled as a Solicitor in 2008 and established Hepburn Delaney as a leading specialist law firm with a particular focus on client objectives, wellbeing and wealth preservation.

Rebecca has extensive experience as a family solicitor, specialising in cases concerning child arrangements and financial settlements following separation.  She also believes strongly in planning for the future and advocates for pre and post nuptial agreements as well as inheritance and estate planning.

– Rebecca is a member of the Law Society Children Panel.

Rebecca is a member of the Law Society Children Panel which enables Rebecca to represent children directly where required.  Representing children gives a unique insight into how child arrangements following separation can impact on wellbeing and family dynamics and Rebecca brings this knowledge to her parent clients which often proves invaluable.
