Rebecca is a Managing Director and leads the Children team.

Experience

Rebecca is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and specialises in representing children in public and private family court proceedings.

She also has extensive experience in dealing with Divorce, Financial Remedy and Co-habitation disputes.

Rebecca provides assistance to clients throughout Hertfordshire and because of her reputation, also represents clients further afield.  As an experienced advocate and litigator, she regularly attends Court hearings in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.

Rebecca also participates in and currently chairs Hertfordshire’s Local Family Justice Board

Education

Rebecca completed her Latin degree at Leeds University before undertaking the Law conversion course at City University, London and the Legal Practice Court as Inns of Court School of Law.  She was admitted as a solicitor in 2008.  She worked within 2 successful family departments before founding Hepburn Delaney in 2013.
