Norma joined Hepburn Delaney in May 2021. After completing her probation, she is now responsible for the day to day operations of Hepburn Delaney supporting the Chief Executive Dog.

Outside of work, Norma enjoys eating, muddy puddles and annoying the Chief Executive Dog.
