Nicole joined Hepburn Delaney in July 2024 as a Solicitor in our children team.

Expertise 

Nicole specialises in public children law and represents parents during the Public Law Outline process as well as in care proceedings. Nicole has experience in undertaking her own advocacy. 

Nicole’s areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: 

– Children Law 

– Public Law Representation 

– Care Proceedings 

– Advocacy 

– Domestic abuse, neglect, and substance misuse  

– Parents with learning difficulties or mental health needs  

– Special Guardianship Order 

Experience

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 2024, Nicole gained valuable experience as a family paralegal for two years before completing her training at a Legal 500 firm in London. During her two years of training, Nicole solely focused on family law, including public children law, domestic abuse, and private children law matters.

Nicole specialises in public children law and represents parents during the Public Law Outline process as well as in care proceedings. Nicole has experience in undertaking her own advocacy.

After obtaining her Law Degree in 2016, Nicole completed a Masters in Woman and Child Abuse in 2017 before completing a Masters in Legal Practice in 2019 where she received a distinction.
