Nick Tuckfield

Nick joined Hepburn Delaney in March 2023 as a Managing Associate and leads the Children team.

Experience

Nick is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and specialises in representing children in both public and private family court proceedings, with over 16 years of experience.  Nick regularly undertakes his own advocacy and attends Court hearings in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. His practice experience includes cases where children have suffered physical injury, emotional and sexual harm, neglect and domestic abuse.  His experience means Nick takes a proactive approach to ensure supervision is working effectively throughout the team, monitoring overall quality of work, and cases are being managed appropriately

Nick also acts for children and young people who have separated from their Guardian and are able to instruct solicitors independently.

– Fabricated or Induced illness

– Sexual harm
