Mohit joined Hepburn Delaney in March 2022 as a Solicitor in our Family Team.

Experience

Mohit advises on all areas of family law including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, children matters, cohabitation disputes, nuptial agreements and domestic violence.

Appreciated by his clients for his approachable and dedicated nature to achieving the best outcome for them, Mohit remains committed to dealing with all family law disputes in a compassionate and constructive manner.

Mohit completed his training contract at a Legal 500 Firm after which he joined a niche family practice to gain experience in dealing with private family matters. After amassing the experience required, Mohit now advises clients in resolving their marital issues in a non-confrontational and cost-effective manner.

Education

Mohit completed his undergraduate in Law at the University of Hertfordshire. Following his completion of the course, Mohit attended the College of Law where he completed his Legal Practice Course (LPC) and also obtained a Masters in Law and Business. Mohit was admitted as a solicitor in January 2020.
