Kika joined Hepburn Delaney in January 2021 as a Solicitor in our Children’s team.

Experience

Kika is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and specialises in representing children in public and private family court proceedings. Having spent 11 years working at a Local Authority she gained an in-depth knowledge and experience of dealing with cases where children have suffered physical injury, emotional and sexual harm, neglect and domestic abuse.

Kika also acts for children and young people who have separated from their Guardian and are able to instruct solicitors independently.

Kika is an experienced and confident advocate, regularly attending the local courts to represent Children’s Guardians.
