Mediation Services in Hemel Hempstead

How time flies! It has now been 3 months since I started my new role as head of family mediation services at Hepburn Delaney based in Hemel Hempstead. My aim in returning to Hemel was to focus on helping separating couples resolve their issues in a safe, informed environment rather than embarking on expensive and highly stressful court battles. I am pleased to report that in my role as a Family Mediator I have already helped a number of clients to move forward in a way which allows them to retain control over important decisions in their life rather than handing them over to the Court. Having previously worked in Hemel as a Family Law Solicitor from 1990 to 2011 the town is not new territory for me though and as well as meeting my new clients I am enjoying meeting up with a number of “old” friends and acquaintances.
