Hepburn Delaney Solicitors Celebrate 10 Years
Hepburn Delaney are celebrating their 10th Anniversary! Founded by Managing Director Rebecca Delaney, she and the team have established the business as a leading family, wealth and inheritance law firm in Hemel Hempstead and beyond over the past decade.
Time For Change
With growth there come challenges. Each member of the team has played an integral part in making Hepburn Delaney what it is today. Together, they have navigated the challenges, celebrated the victories, and remained committed to Hepburn Delaney’s core values of providing excellent and transparent client service.
The very first working day, 10 years ago, saw the whole team moving files, equipment and boxes into the new office space, followed by a well deserved glass of prosecco! A speedy update to the style of working was initiated and there was a huge endeavour over the first few months to eliminate paper files and upgrade the technology to move everything online.

The Best Moments
Expanding and opening the Harpenden and Tring offices were huge moments for the firm. This reflection of the achievements and successes made for exciting times, and it was a chance for the team to expand their legal excellence beyond Hemel Hempstead.
Irene, Carol, Fiona, Julie and Becky have been part of Hepburn Delaney since day one and continue to be at the heart of the company. Expanding and embracing new team members who include friends and colleagues made over the years, contribute to the growth of the knowledge and services now available.
Over the years, the team have nurtured relationships built on trust, discretion, and a shared commitment to achieving the best outcomes for their clients.

Over the years highlights have included team events and days out including Escape Rooms, The Crystal Maze experience and Karaoke. Christmas parties have always been a special event, some more raucous than others!
Everyone is looking forward to our 10 year anniversary celebration dinner in September at the Aviary in London – a fantastic venue to celebrate a fantastic achievement from the whole team.
What The Future Holds
With the continuing focus to serve the local community through legal excellence and integrity, this year has seen the opening of two further offices located in Harpenden and Tring, Hertfordshire. Many of the clients are involved with local enterprises. With Hepburn Delaney’s expertise in business and property assets; it ensures that they can cater to the growing business community throughout Hertfordshire and a wider demographic area.
Without a doubt the longevity of Hepburn Delaney is down to such a fantastic team, the relationships and the kindness and respect shown since 2013. There are also others that have been a part of the journey along the way including clients and colleagues from other firms, an extension of the Hepburn Delaney family.
