World Book Day

8 Mar 2019

To celebrate World Book Day, we asked everyone at Hepburn Delaney to name their favourite book to inspire us to take some time out and read more.

The results were great, with a wide variety of favourite books sparking heated debate in the office! Our Chief Executive Dog, Cassie even suggested her favourite and there were a few nominations from our younger members of the Hepburn Delaney family! Our list follows which we hope will inspire. What would you add?

  • A Star Called Henry – Roddy Doyle
  • Down and out in Paris and London – George Orwell
  • The End of The Affair – Graham Greene
  • His Dark Materials – Philip Pullman
  • Great Gatsby – F.Scott Fitzgerald
  • Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine – Gail Honeyman

  • The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime – Mark Haddon
  • Giraffes can’t dance – Giles Andrese
